Title: Take Care of Your Mind
Memorize: A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones. Proverbs 17:22 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: 3 John 1:2 (Nkjv)
[2]Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
Message:
When someone is overly stressed, it could lead to a total breakdown and non-productivity. This is why you must learn to manage your stress levels since you can’t avoid stress completely.
First, you should know and understand the things that constitute stress for you, such as not having enough sleep, spending long hours with phones and gadgets, agitation, worry, unwholesome relationships, violence, et cetera.
Once you have identified the cause of your stress, you can then know how to ease them by doing the following:
1. Get a workable reading timetable to organize your study so that you can do well in school. From experience, I have realized that there is a strong link between health and academic success.
2. Try to maintain a good relationship with your parents and siblings.
3. Reduce the time spent with your phone daily.
4. Stay around people with positive energy and peace.
5. Serve God wholeheartedly.
Prayer Point
Father, please help me focus on the things that really matter to You and my destiny.
HYMN 3 – ALL TO JESUS I SURRENDER
1. All to Jesus I surrender
All to Him I freely give;
I will ever love and trust Him,
In His presence daily live.
CHORUS
I surrender all.
I surrender all:
All to Thee, my blessed saviour
I surrender all
2. All to Jesus I surrender,
Humbly at His feet I bow;
Worldly pleasures all forsaken.
Take me, Jesus, take me now.
3. All to Jesus I surrender.
Lord, I give myself to Thee;
Fill me with Thy love and power,
Let Thy blessing fall on me.
4. All to Jesus I surrender,
Now I feel the sacred flame
O the joy of full salvation!
Glory, glory to His name!
