Title: Created For A Purpose

Memorize: In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, Ephesians 1:11 (Nkjv)

Bible Reading Proverbs 3:5-7 (Nkjv)

[5] Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;

[6] In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

[7] Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil.

Message:

God is a God of purpose. He created everyone for a purpose which He declared in Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

Therefore, know that you were born for/with a purpose; you were not born by mistake. You may have been born through an unwanted pregnancy, or it could even be that you’re a child that was born out of wedlock.

Perhaps, you even have parents, but you don’t feel loved at all,I want to tell you that you’re a winner. You survived despite all the forces against you.

Don’t be discouraged if the feeling of emptiness overwhelms you; that’s the best moment to begin to recount and confess all of God’s promises to you from His word.

Stay close to His heart in the place of meditation so that He will reveal why He sent you to the earth and once you discover it, start making plans to fulfill it.

Action Point:

Praise God for who He has made you to be.

HYMN 5: TAKE MY LIFE AND LET IT BE

1. Take my life and let it be
Consecrated Lord to Thee
Take my moment and my days
Let them flow ceaseless praise.

2. Take my hands and let them move
At the impulse of Thy love
Take my feet and let them be
Swift and beautiful for thee

3. Take my voice and let me sing
Always only for my king;
Take my lips and let them be
Filled with messages from Thee.

4. Take my sliver and my gold
Not a mite would I withhold
Take my intellect, and use
Every power as thou shalt choose.

5. Take my will and make it Thine,
It shall no longer mine:
Take my heart, it is Thine own;
It shall be Thy royal throne,

6 Take my love, my Lord, I pour
At Thy feet its treasure store;
Take myself, and I will be
Ever, only, all for thee
