Title: Weapons Of Warfare
Memorize: Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 15:57-58 (Nkjv)
[57] But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
[58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Message:
Some situations and challenges in life may prove difficult for various reasons: they may be sponsored by enemies or come as a result of human opposition and criticism. Beloved, no matter how difficult a situation might be, I want you to know that as a child of God, your victory has already been guaranteed. Therefore, do not be overwhelmed by the challenges of life; instead, employ your weapons of warfare. One of such weapon is the blood of Jesus.
Revelation 12:11 says: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Another weapon which believers can use to overcome tough situations and challenges is the word of God. There is no difficult situation or challenge that you cannot overcome with the word of God. If you are facing any challenge or are in any difficult situation, confess the Word of God over that situation today. Your victory is certain because you are more than a Conqueror in Jesus.
Key Point:
Equip yourself daily with God’s armor.
HYMN 1: All Hail The Power Of Jesus’ Name
1 All hail the power of Jesus’ name!
Let angels prostrate fall.
Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all.
Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all!
2 O seed of Israel’s chosen race
now ransomed from the fall,
hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all.
Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all!
3 Let every tongue and every tribe
responsive to his call,
to him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all.
To him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all!
4 Oh, that with all the sacred throng
we at his feet may fall!
We’ll join the everlasting song
and crown him Lord of all.
We’ll join the everlasting song
and crown him Lord of all.
