Title: It Will Come To Pass
Memorize: You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading (Nkjv): 2 Kings 2: 19-22
[19] Then the men of the city said to Elisha, “Please notice, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord sees; but the water is bad, and the ground barren.”
[20] And he said, “Bring me a new bowl, and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him.
[21] Then he went out to the source of the water, and cast in the salt there, and said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘I have [a]healed this water; from it there shall be no more death or barrenness.’ ”
[22] So the water remains healed to this day, according to the word of Elisha which he spoke.
Message:
One major attribute of God’s anointing is that it seals a decree and brings it into manifestation.
In today’s text, Prophet Elisha poured salt water into the spring of a bad river and decreed that an end should come to death and barrenness in that land, and it was established.
A word from Gods representative can bring about a miracle in a fellow’s life I remember one of my daughters was pursuing her admission into a particular university, which was not easy to secure.
Instead of praying for her as she requested, I simply said, Congratulations!” Not long after, she received an admission letter that started with: “Dear Mrs. so and so, Congratulations!”
Have you been struggling with getting admission into a tertiary institution? In the name that is above every other name, you will receive your admission letter to study that preferred course this year in Jesus’ name. Congratulations!
Confession:
God has said it, I believe it, and that settles it.
HYMN 12 – HOLY, HOLY, HOLY! LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!
1. Holy, Holy, Holy!
Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning
Our song shall rise to thee:
Holy, holy, holy,
Merciful and Mighty!
God in Three Persons,
Blessed, Trinity!
2. Holy, Holy, Holy!
All the saints adore Thee,
Casting down their golden crowns
Around the glassy sea:
Cherubim and seraphim
Falling down before Thee,
Which wert and art,
And evermore shalt be.
3. Holy, Holy, Holy!
Though the darkness hide Thee,
Though the eyes of sinful man
Thy glory may not see
Only thou art holy:
There is none beside Thee,
Perfect in power, in love, and purity.
4. Holy, Holy, Holy!
Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise
Thy name, in earth and sky, and sea;
Holy, Holy, Holy,
Merciful and Mighty!
God in Three Persons,
Blessed, Trinity!
