Title: Your Bread Matters
Memorize: And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Genesis 1:29 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 10:31 (Nkjv)
[31] Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Message:
The rate at which health products and supplements are sold is an indication of an increase in health issues around the world today.
Some people have unhealthy eating habits, and they later look for health products to help remove excess fat.
However, if they just eat right, they would have zero health issues.
With my knowledge of the chemical components of food, I always ensure that plant-based foods such as vegetables and fruits are included in my family’s meals.
This is supported by today’s memory verse. It is very important to pay great attention to eating right so that you won’t have to battle diseases in the future.
Also, you should eat balanced meals in moderate portions.
Don’t eat the quantity of food that you should ordinarily consume three times in one sitting with the excuse that you are growing or experiencing puberty-that is gluttony.
You have only one body; please take care of it. Don’t destroy it by feeding on too much processed food, junk, beef, carbonated drinks, et cetera.
Eat healthily to build your immunity and stay in shape so that you can fulfil your kingdom purpose.

HYMN 10 – O GOD, OUR HELP IN AGES PAST
1. O God, our help in ages past
Our hope for years to come
Our shelter from the stormy blast
And our eternal home.
2. Under the shadow of Thy throne
Thy saints have dwelt secure
Sufficient is Thine arm alone
And our defence is sure.
3. Before the hills in order stood
Or earth received her frame
From everlasting Thou art God
To endless years the same.
4. A thousand ages in Thy sight
Are like an evening gone
Short as he watch that ends the night
Before the rising sun.
5. Time, like an ever-rolling stream
Bears all its sons away
They fly forgotten, as a dream
Dies at the opening day.
6. O God, our help in ages past
Our hope in years to come
Be thou our guard while trouble last
And our Eternal home.
