TOPIC: Be Bold

Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,
MESSAGE:
Being bold is having the courage to speak against what is wrong, no matter what others think or say. Being bold also involves doing God’s will and continuing on His path regardless of the persecutions you face.

I implore you to be like Paul, who, despite beatings, persecutions, hunger, et cetera, preached the word of God and corrected erring believers with boldness whenever the occasion arose for it. Also, learn from David, who boldly faced Goliath and refused to be deterred by his stature and boasting against the entire nation of Israel. As a child of God, you have what it takes to be bold. However, you need to give room for the Holy Spirit in your life; He is the embodiment of boldness. For example, Peter, who denied Jesus three times, preached to a crowd and 3,000 souls were saved in one day after the Holy Spirit came upon him (Acts 2:24).
If you have the Holy Spirit in you, you will be bold to correct those who engage in sinful acts with love. My dear child, don’t ever be afraid to tell the truth, preach the gospel, identify with Christ, and do the right things because you have the Holy Spirit in you.
