Title: True Worshippers
Memorize: God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. John 4:24 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: 2 Kings 3:15-17 (Nkjv)
[15] But now bring me a musician.” Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.
[16] And he said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’
[17] For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.’
Message:
True worship is more than just singing in church. It is about showing deep love, respect, and complete dedication to God every day.
As a Christian teenager, you don’t have to wait for Sunday services to worship God.
You can worship Him by singing songs during your personal quiet times, calling God beautiful names, and most importantly, living a life that honours Him.
In the Bible, we see an example of true worship in the life of King David. David didn’t just worship God with songs; his whole life reflected love and reverence for the Lord.
Whether he was celebrating victories or seeking forgiveness after making mistakes, David always turned to God with a sincere heart (Psalm 51:17).
Beloved, to genuinely worship God, you need to spend time in His presence daily.
You should sing songs of praise to Him, and stay filled with the Holy Spirit by studying the Bible every day.
Also, let your lifestyle reflect God’s love and holiness, not just your songs.
Key Point:
A true worshipper lives a life that honors God.

HYMN 4: REVIVE THY WORK, O LORD
1 Revive Thy work, O Lord,
Thy mighty arm make bare;
speak with the voice that wakes the dead,
and make Thy people hear.
Refrain:
Revive Thy work, O Lord,
while here to Thee we bow;
descend, O gracious Lord, descend!
O come and bless us now.
2 Revive Thy work, O Lord,
now let us thirst for Thee;
and hung’ring for the bread of life
may all our spirits be.
3 Revive Thy work, O Lord,
exalt Thy precious name;
and, by the Holy Ghost, our love
for Thee and Thine inflame.
4 Revive Thy work, O Lord,
give pow’r unto Thy word;
grant that Thy blessed gospel may
in living faith be heard.
5 Revive Thy work, O Lord,
and give refreshing show’rs;
the glory shall be all Thine own,
the blessing, Lord, be ours.
