Title: Not Yours
MEMORISE: For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality: –
(1 Thessalonians 4:3)
Bible Reading: 1Thessalonians 4:3-4 (Nkjv)
[3] For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; [4] that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor
MESSAGE:
As a child of God, your body is not meant for sin but for holiness; it is to be set apart for God’s purposes.
It is the temple of the Holy Spirit and a sacred gift from God that should be treated with respect and used solely for His glory.
In (1 Corinthians 6:19), Apostle Paul cautioned the Corinthians, saying: “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” This tells us that our bodies belong to God, and His Spirit dwells in us. Therefore, we must keep it pure and set apart for God.
My dear child, if you are presently engaging in fornication, drug abuse, gluttony, or any other vices, I urge you to repent today and stop misusing your body.
Hard drugs destroy the internal organs, gluttony can lead to health issues, and fornication leads to both physical and spiritual anomalies.
It is important to note that God will judge anyone who misuses his or her body in any form.
OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 10 MARCH 2026 KEY POINT:
Your body belongs to God. Do not misuse it.
HYMN: 5
PASS ME NOT, O GENTLE SAVIOUR
1 Pass me not, O gentle Savior,
hear my humble cry;
While on others Thou art calling,
do not pass me by.
Refrain:
Savior, Savior, hear my humble cry;
while on others Thou art calling,
do not pass me by.
2 Let me at a throne of mercy
find a sweet relief,
kneeling there in deep contrition;
help my unbelief. [Refrain]
3 Trusting only in Thy merit,
Would I seek Thy face;
heal my wounded, broken spirit,
save me by Thy grace. [Refrain]
4 Thou, the Spring of all my comfort,
more than life to me;
Whom have I on earth beside Thee?
Whom in heav’n but Thee? [Refrain]
