Title: Believe God
Memorize: He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: Genesis 21:1-12 (Nkjv)
[1] And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken.
[2] For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
[3] And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him—whom Sarah bore to him—Isaac.

Message:
Waiting on God’s timing can be difficult, especially when answers to our prayers seem delayed. The story of Abraham and Sarah in today’s Bible reading, however, reminds us that God always fulfils His promises at the right time. If you have been trusting God for a breakthrough, I want you to know that He is never slow concerning His promises; He will surely answer you at His appointed time (Habakkuk 2:3).
A woman once testified that her son was born with learning disabilities that affected his reading and writing capabilities. She prayed persistently until God directed her to me. By divine intervention, the boy’s mental capacity was transformed. He eventually graduated with a first-class university degree and also won seven awards in his Master’s programme.
My dear child, if you are in a waiting season, don’t waste your time crying or complaining. Instead, use the time to grow spiritually and deepen your relationship with God through prayer and consistent study of His word. Also, surround yourself with believers in a Bible-believing church and keep trusting God until your testimony comes.
Confession:
I will not give up on God. I will wait on Him to fulfil all His promises to me.
Hymn 11: Blessed Assurance
1 Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!
O, what a foretaste of glory divine!
Heir of salvation, purchase of God,
born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.
Refrain:
This is my story, this is my song,
praising my Savior all the day long;
this is my story, this is my song,
praising my Savior all the day long.
2 Perfect submission, perfect delight,
visions of rapture now burst on my sight;
angels descending, bring from above
echoes of mercy, whispers of love. [Refrain]
3 Perfect submission, all is at rest,
I in my Savior am happy and blest;
watching and waiting, looking above,
filled with His goodness, lost in His love. [Refrain]
