Title: Sin Kills
Memorize: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 (Nkjv)
Bible Reading: Isaiah 59:1-2 (Nkjv)
[1] Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear.
[2] But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
Message:
Death is the reward for anyone who lives in sin, and it can be grouped into three categories. The first category of death is physical death, with sickness being one of its agents. Sickness can bring physical death to a fellow who lives in sin and refuses to repent.
Material death is the second category of death, which often manifests in the form of poverty. The Bible lists out several curses for people who do not obey God, and poverty is one of them. Spiritual death is the third category of death, which is the greatest and most dangerous. It is total separation from God; it makes a fellow deaf to spiritual truths and blind to divine leading. For instance, when Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating the forbidden fruit, they lost the connection they had with Him and were driven out of His presence.
My dear child, the fate of a sinner is spiritual death because satan has every right to attack a sinner and lead him to eternity in hell. This is why ‘m imploring you to Surrender your life to Jesus today if you have not yet done so in order to escape this category of death and the other categories as well. Salvation is the only way to eternal life and prosperity. Are you truly saved?
Key Point:
The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life.
